We are looking for a professional Safety Officer

1. Qualifications:

- Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gulf region
- Total of 10 years of experience

2. Visa:

- Transferable Article 18 visa required

Responsibilities:

- Carry out all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) duties according to the company’s HSE management system and regulations
- Prepare HSE plans and training schedules
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Continuously monitor safety issues
- Provide HSE training for company personnel
- Organize safety competitions, annual safety days, and recognize safety employees of the month/year
- Prepare reports for injuries and damage
- Ensure employees wear appropriate PPE according to their working conditions
- Possess strong knowledge of safety procedures (OSHA and NEBOSH standards)
- Maintain good relationships with client safety personnel
- Conduct risk analysis and job hazard analysis/task risk analysis/job safety analysis
- Investigate and report accidents/incidents
- Maintain an accident record system, create necessary reports, and conduct personal investigations of serious or fatal accidents
- Monitor safety violations and report them to the responsible managers and safety departments
