According to case files, the complainant stated that the lawyer summoned him to his office, blackmailed him, and threatened to accuse him of assaulting his client if he did not pay KD20,000. He also alleged that he was coerced into signing documents proving the debt and a car sales contract, as well as a receipt for the same amount.
