The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has begun verifying the university certificates of its non-Kuwaiti employees, in accordance with the administrative circular issued by CSC Undersecretary Diaa Al-Qabandi on August 1, 2024. The circular, labeled “important and urgent,” was distributed to all sectors. The daily obtained a copy of the circular, which instructed directors and heads of units in all sectors at the CSC to advise non-Kuwaiti employees to complete the verification of their university certificates. Al-Qabandi emphasized the importance of informing all non-Kuwaiti employees about submitting the required documents within the legally prescribed dates to avoid negative feedback from supervisory authorities.
