Al-Dabbous swiftly suspended several key officials, including the Deputy Director General for Hawalli and Al-Ahmadi Governorate Affairs, the Acting Director of the Al-Ahmadi Municipality Branch, the Director of the Audit, Follow-up, and Engineering Department, and the Head of the Violations Removal Department in Al-Ahmadi, pending an investigation into the Mangaf fire.

He emphasized the municipality’s ongoing efforts to enforce regulations, deploying oversight teams to inspect properties in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and the General Firefighting Force. Al-Dabbous stressed that enforcing the law is crucial to protect public safety and property.
