A Moroccan bride married to a Kuwaiti national is ordered by the Court of Appeal to return the $20,000 dowry, give up all of her rights, and pay 2,000 dinars in legal fees.

The case started when the Kuwaiti husband discovered his wife was involved in prostitution. He had married her outside of Kuwait with a $20,000 dowry and brought her to Kuwait. He made this finding after discovering a covert phone she was using for this nefarious activity.
