The Ministry of Interior has launched a new electronic service under the “Residence Services” section of the “Sahel” app, providing the “Issuance of Temporary Residence” service for Articles 20 and 22.

In an announcement on its “X” account, the ministry noted that this service notifies sponsors electronically, removing the need to visit the Residency Affairs Sector for a physical stamp.

The Security Media Department emphasized that this initiative is part of the continuous efforts of the General Department of Residency Affairs and the General Department of Information Systems to simplify and streamline procedures for both citizens and residents.
