According to Al-Jarida daily, Ibrahim Al-Saba’an, the head of the Emergency and Rapid Intervention Team at Hawalli Governorate Municipality, has issued nine citations to different establishments for failing to renew their advertising licenses, selling goods outside of stores without the required license, and trespassing on government property. During inspection tours in Salmiya and Al-Sha’ab Al-Bahri, these actions were taken. Al-Saba’an stressed the significance of abiding by local rules and ordinances in order to avoid fines and other consequences that can result in enterprises being administratively closed. He asked store owners to make sure they follow all relevant laws and rules in order to support a secure and well-organized business environment in the municipality.
