Avoid the deadline for amnesty, advises MoI.In order to avoid facing consequences, the Ministry of Interior has urged people who broke the Residency Law to take advantage of the amnesty, which expires on June 17, change their status or leave the nation before the deadline. As a result, the ministry keeps up its tremendous efforts to apprehend individuals who break the Labor and Residency laws. 43 people of different nationalities were arrested in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area and Farwaniya Governorate as a result of the Residency Affairs Investigation General Department’s ongoing inspection campaigns.

Furthermore, 25 people of various nationalities who had been shown to have broken labor and residency laws were arrested as a result of the Tripartite Committee’s campaign in the governorates of Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer. The committee’s members are from the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Interior. Every person detained was reported to the relevant authorities so that the appropriate legal actions could be taken.
