The Court of Appeals, under Judge Abdullah Al-Othman’s leadership, confirmed the death sentence for a 32-year-old Kuwaiti who fatally stabbed his friend and buried the body near the Eighth Ring Road. The court also upheld a two-year imprisonment for the defendant’s brother for burning the victim’s phone. The incident involved the 32-year-old stabbing his 33-year-old friend multiple times, burying the body, and setting his vehicle ablaze. He later surrendered to the Umm Al-Hayman police station.
