A Kuwaiti teacher at a school in the Capital Governorate allegedly assaulted and struck a colleague, leading the victim to file a case for assault, battery, threats, and insults. According to security sources, the assaulted teacher reported the incident to the police, citing physical violence, threats, and verbal abuse by a fellow teacher at their workplace. Consequently, a case was registered against the accused teacher and forwarded for investigation.

Furthermore, a Kuwaiti woman reported to the police that her brother had been assaulted by a Kuwaiti teacher at his school, who also directed derogatory remarks towards him in front of other staff and students. The complaint was referred to the community police, resulting in the detention of the teacher pending investigation into both incidents. Sources revealed that the accused teacher allegedly attempted suicide in a classroom, was apprehended, and subsequently sent for forensic testing and psychiatric evaluation. Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the assault on the colleague within the same school.
