The victim gave 3,000 dinars to the accused, expecting the promised license, but the accused failed to deliver, offering various excuses. Upon investigation, the accused confessed to the fraud, admitting to taking the money without legitimate justification. He cited financial desperation and lack of support from friends as reasons for resorting to fraud. The case is currently under investigation, with authorities delving deeper to determine appropriate legal actions.
