Globally, New York City is the most congested, costing $9.1 billion in wasted time, followed by Mexico City, London, Paris, and Chicago. The report highlights the significant economic impact of traffic congestion, with the U.S. losing over $70.4 billion in 2023. In Europe, London is the most congested city for the third year in a row, with drivers losing 99 hours in traffic in 2023.
