The Public Authority for Manpower is improving its online systems and integrating services within the Sahel application, the Ashal service, and other online services. This aims to fully digitize processes to make transactions easier and faster for business owners. This includes tasks like opening files, registering workers, and conducting inspections.

The Authority has also launched platforms like “Fakhruna” for recruiting Kuwaiti nationals in the private sector. This platform offers services such as job search allowances, graduate stipends, unemployment insurance, and handling grievances related to these benefits. It also helps with completing transactions and finding job opportunities.

Additionally, Kuwaiti nationals can use the Ashal service, which automates 71 procedures within companies.
