The General Traffic Department, through its inspection team, recently launched a comprehensive campaign in the Jahra Industrial Estate to address vehicles emitting disruptive sounds. The initiative targeted noise pollution-causing vehicles by affixing stickers and modifying their appearance to deter violations. According to a statement from the General Department of Security Relations and Media, the campaign yielded significant results, with 110 traffic violations issued and two vehicles impounded due to excessive noise from their exhaust systems.
