Top of the Gulf’s List of Excellence are Two Kuwaiti Women

Sanaa Al-Barrak, a Kuwaiti educator connected to Safiya Bint Thabet Primary School, has received the Distinguished Teacher Award from the Hamdan Bin Rashid Foundation for Distinguished Gulf Educational Performance, which is a significant accomplishment. At the same time, Toledo Girls Secondary School student Jinan Al-Sharif won the Distinguished Student Award. Congratulations to Teacher Al-Barrak and Student Al-Sharif on their well-earned triumphs! Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, said as much.

Dr. Al-Adwani expressed his pride in Kuwait’s accomplishment in an official press release, noting that the Ministry of Education in Kuwait had received recognition from the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for its outstanding performance in the Gulf in the categories of Outstanding Teacher and Outstanding Student. He stressed that this academic achievement highlights the creativity and foresight shown by the victors in setting standards for quality and distinction in the fields of science and literature.

This outstanding triumph was dedicated by Dr. Al-Adwani to His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad. In addition, he urged all educators to keep putting in their best efforts and supporting creativity in the field of education.
