Update Your Mobile Pone Service Provider’s Civil ID Data

The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) contacted mobile and fixed users on Sunday, requesting that they update their information in order to maintain their access to company services. Khaled Al-Qarawi, the manager of the authority’s Competition and Operators Affairs Department, told KUNA that all licensed businesses were required by the communication services subscribers’ registration list to encourage their clients to update any outdated personal information that was registered with them. Al-Qarawi underlined the significance of following the guidelines established by mobile and virtual telecommunications providers in order to preserve the continuity of service to subscribers during the upgrade phase.

He reminded people to stay away from fraud and underlined the importance of being aware of the registration list available on the TRA website for both fixed and mobile telecom services.- KUNA
