Search and rescue crews, working with fire departments from Salmiya and Al-Bidaa, contained an apartment fire early on Sunday morning in a Salmiya building. Quick action was taken to evacuate the area, and the fire was quickly controlled, put out, and battled. Eleven people unfortunately suffered injuries as a result of the incident, and all of them sought emergency medical assistance.
