The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy raided a liquor factory in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, working together with the Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Interior, and the General Administration of the Fire Force and Electricity Control Department. The factory’s power supply was cut off as a result of the operation.

According to unnamed sources, the plant was shut down after they learned of illicit activity taking place inside. Numerous infractions were discovered. According to the sources, they are committed to putting an end to any misconduct and will continue collaborating to uphold the law and put an end to illicit activity.
